Make
your special day even more special…

Marriages have been taking place at the Stone Church since it was built in 1824 (and no doubt in the church’s earlier 1753 incarnation as a log cabin and as a frame building after that). Continue the tradition! Contact us to find out how “New England Yankee”-reasonable the sanctuary can be.

…by getting married at the Stone Church

Jenna & Matt

Jenna & Matt got married at the Stone Church several years ago. Jenna is a Stone Church Trustee. Her family, the Ishams, have lived in New Preston since the early 19th century. And she’s wed into the Rebillards, another local family that has farmed the local hills for at least 100 years. Jenna has been a strong advocate for maintaining The Stone Church as a significant historic landmark, a seat of local colonial ‘Meetinghouse’ government and religious gathering. Jenna and Matt’s wedding video expresses the joy that we hope anyone who gets married at The Stone Church can also experience.
